Santiago’s Painting goes above and beyond. Their team was on top of everything, easy to communicate with, flexible and listened to all of our questions and needs. Highly recommended if you are looking for top notch work in the northern Nevada area. Would definitely use again for our future painting needs.

My whole experience with Santiago’s Painting LLC was exceptional! Gigi was responsive throughout the whole process and was able to schedule a meeting right away to look at my house for a quote. She was also very prompt when giving me a quote. I was shopping around and the other companies I looked into did not give me a quote until I followed up with them after a week or so of no communication. Once we agreed on the quote, she was able to fit me in the schedule sooner than expected. Her crew was very punctual, and professional. They also left the place very clean after they were done each day. The work they did turned out great and their attention to detail was noticed throughout the house. Perhaps, what makes Santiago’s Painting LLC stand out from other companies though, was their customer centered practice. There was confusion on my end about the powder room. It was not included in the contract and I overlooked that. I spoke to Gigi and told her it was my fault and not to worry about it, I would just find the time to do it on my own, but Eric said he would do it anyway free of charge and came in to do it the very next day. It was such a kind act that did not go unnoticed! I will definitely be referring Santiago’s Painting LLC to anyone who is in search of a paint job. Their work speaks for itself! Thank you so much!

Transformative Work! We were very impressed by the team at Santiago's Painting. Our home was showing its age with the paint color fading and bleeding, and we had portions of our stucco beginning to bubble and fall off.

We came up with a color scheme we wanted, gave them the Sherwin-Williams paint codes and they took it from there. Their crew took their time prepping our home power-washing the entire outside and patching the areas of stucco to blend in perfectly. They re-caulked the perimeters of all our windows, which had been replaced years ago, but the caulking had shrunk and created gaps for air and water to get through and around. They removed our outside lighting and downspouts to ensure the area behind them was painted and the entire downspout was painted evenly around. When they painted our garage door they removed the hardware and re-painted that as well, making it look brand new.

They did a great job masking off the windows and areas around the house so that nothing else was splattered or sprayed. They also had a recommended contact to replace several broken concrete roof tiles we had and those repairs were excellent as well.

We would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks and have plans to use them next year to paint our entire fence and gates. Thank you Gigi and Saul!

If I could give Santiago Paining 10 stars I would. This is an amazing company. They came out quickly to give me an estimate to paint the inside and outside of the house. They worked around construction that was going on having to adjust their start times to make it work. Gigi was very helpful with color choices items. I have worked with many painters and have not dealt with anyone as detail oriented. Everything was masked to perfection which showed their expertise and attention to detail.
