FIVE STAR !!! earlier this summer we had our home painted by CertaPro and were extremely pleased with the quality of the job. I was excited after reading reviews and the crew coming to my house was one that was praised. Well, not impressed at all. They did a horrible job, didn’t scrape anything and did a poor job painting. Everything I was promised did no happed. They broke a couple huge branches off my Japanese maple with no restitution. Nail pops never addressed, didn’t caulk anything.The guy who power washed my house spilled something on my grass and left a hose dead spot, it still hasn’t grown back. His washer left a huge rust stain in my driveway that is still there.They sent the original guys back to clean all the paint off my rock facade. They then sent a different guy who spent an entire day just fixing the front of the garage. He came back the second day and after a couple hours he just left and left the lid on my paint off, he just left.My neighbors are all wanting their house painted and I have clearly warned them of the poor job provided by CertaPro.You have been warned, if you use CertaPro you can only blame yourself.
We had Certa Pro, our favorite painters, come back to refresh the paint on the south side of our home. They always do great work. Every aspect of the job, including the bid, communication, prep, quality of the paint job, and clean-up is top notch. Highly recommended.

CertaPro did a fantastic job! Kenny spent a lot of time preparing a quote and working with us on color choices. Even though it was a relatively small job (three rooms), we were treated with the same courtesy and attention as those with bigger jobs. We chose a date that worked for all and when the time came, Nick arrived and did all the prep including caulking all trim between walls and ceiling in our 1911 craftsman. Nick did a great job painting and he was friendly, professional, and talented. We had done our due diligence and received quotes from three companies. All pricing was within a few dollars of each other. It was Kenny’s knowledge of color and his personality that made us ultimately choose CertaPro. We highly recommend them and hope you choose them, too!
