We had a marvelous experience in having our house serviced by CervaPro. It began with our sales agent Blake followed by patient and accommodating scheduling by Christine and efficiently and effectively accomplished by Myra and her team of power washers/ painters and carpenters—-all of whom were professional, respectful and personable. We are thoroughly satisfied in the outcome and would highly recommend CertaPro to family, friends and neighbors.
Mike S did an incredible job fixing the ceiling in the master bathroom. For whatever reason the paint felt it was time to peel off like a hard boiled egg. He scraped a good 95% of the old paint off, repaired any spots on the drywall and repainted the ceiling. The ceiling looks better than the day we moved into the house. This was the second time we've used CertaPro and I feel its a good value for the services rendered.Chuck did the initial estimates, he was rather responsive and arrived on the time he communicated. Sue and Christine did all the back end follow up getting Mike scheduled. Outside a small issue with the docusign system the process was seamless. I'll happily use them again in the future.
If I could give CertaPro Painters 6 out of 5 stars, I would. From my initial contact with the sales associate (Chuck) in my home for the estimate to the Production Assistant (Christine) to the actual individual (Elimar) who painted my kitchen cabinets I found everyone personable, capable and professional. I had the most contact with Elimar who did an impeccable job and addressed every single question or concern I had. When he was leaving at the end of our project I told him it was like saying goodbye to a friend. Pricing was in line with other professional painting companies and getting on their schedule as soon as we did was extremely important to me. I highly recommend this group for any of your painting needs. I sure will call upon them again.
Update: In my original review, I had provided a 5 star review as I was asked to add a review at the end of the day when services were completed. We had the exterior wood and deck stained, and upon a walk around, everything appeared to be great. The crew was nice and professional. We let the stain sit for 72 hours before walking on it. As we were about to move our furniture back onto the deck, we noticed it was tacky. I called CertaPro and they sent out Sherwin Williams and the Production Manager to take a look. After 2 times of applying mineral spirits, we are still unable to use our deck because it is tacky and leaves footprints when you walk on it , which would also allow for the oil to be brought into our house. It is almost one month later and we are still unable to use our deck. We also sent pictures and there were clear areas completely missed and we were told that the stain absorbs differently depending on sunlight which I agree with, but not on the same exact step. CertaPro painted my entire basement, ceiling, walls, and trim, and it looks gorgeous! They also did some outdoor painting which turned out very nice. And, they were WAY less expensive than one of their competitors! The office staff was extremely friendly and Manuel and his crew were nice and respectful. I would use CertaPro again!
