The side of my home that bears the most wind and inclement weather needed extensive scrapping, sanding and panting. That along with painting my deck and segments of my screened in porch was included in the project.
For the most part, Laurence and team delivered excellent work. Aside from having to wash down my exterior mechanical - generator and a/c compressors, all else was fine.
I intend on having them come back to do the rear of the house this spring/summer so covering the mechanical with drop cloths would be highly recommended.

i there would be a project manager at start of project and a walk thru after the job was complete. This did not happen. As noted in pictures below there were some areas of sloppy painting that have not been addressed
