The professionalism, availability, neatness, skill and knowledge was very much appreciated. Tanner and the team Jasmine, Kyle, Jamie and Oscar painted the entire house from top to bottom. Great job! My son bought a house that was in need of some TLC and updating. I contacted Exceptional Painting Inc. and was immediately impressed by their professionalism. We hired them to repaint ceilings, trim and walls on main floor. They also refinished the oak cupboards in the kitchen.
The results exceeded our expectations. The work they did has changed the vibe in this space.
The painting started on the day it was supposed to start. This was very important as we had to coordinate with other trades and had to have the job completed before my son’s move. The job was also completed as per schedule.
Also, the communication process was exceptional. Any question we had was answered almost immediately. This is something that is rarely seen today.

I have to start by complimenting Jasmine, Alex and Tanner. They were all very polite, courteous, willing to answer all questions and more importantly very professional in their work. They explained each step of the process and met all timelines.
As for the work performed, it exceeded all of our expectations. Our oak cabinets, in very good condition but were outdated, look like brand new cabinets without the expense of re-doing the entire kitchen. This was certainly worth the expense and we would so it all over again. Highly recommend Exceptional Painting to anyone who is thinking of having their cabinets redone.
Only negative is their convaluted contract process. You need to agree to many pages of conditions. We looked beyond this and do not regret hiring this company. Thanks Mihai and to your dedicated team.

Mihai is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I made requests and changes and the response was always very quick. The staff was amazing. Very professional and dedicated to time and details. You can see the oak grain coming through. Kitchen isn't finished - backspash and appliances - pending covid. Exceptional Painting deserves 5 stars
