Roman's Painting LLC

We’ve had a great experience with Roman’s Painting to repaint the exterior of our home in Vistancia (required by HOA). They provided an estimate the next day after reaching out and were always available throughout the process. The owner (Rafael) provided the estimate and was on site throughout the project. They were very competitively priced while using the best paint and providing the same things as the other companies we’d contacted. We’d recommend them to anyone and will use again in the future if needed.

As an out of town owner, I needed to find a reliable house painter who knows what they're doing in order to minimize my physical involvement. I searched extensively and found Roman's Painting. They swinged by the same day for an estimate and emailed me a very detailed quote. Angelique was so helpful along the whole process with all my questions and concerns, including filling out my HOA form. I can tell they are very good at what they do as everything was streamlined from beginning to end. The painter did a pre-start walk through, pressure washed, repaired, taped up, painted and cleaned up. He showed up on schedule everyday and finished the project promptly. My tenant was very happy with the results. I received photos at the end and was able to make payments online. Roman's is so professional, easy to deal with and I love supporting a great family business.

Romans painted our house and we were very pleased. They power washed the exterior and taped and covered everything necessary. I’ve never seen so much effort put into making sure nothing was missed. Then they applied two coats of high quality paint and cleaned up everything perfectly. If you are looking for a great job at a fair price, this is the one to hire. Hired Romans again, this time for a number of smaller painting jobs. Just as good work as before and just as cooperative. Romans recently painted our master bedroom and bathroom. Great job as always, done in one day and my wife loves the color. Due to my error , I paid too much and they promptly returned my check for a new one with the correct amount. We will never use another painter. Romans is the best! Another smaller job which Romans did was spraying some lawn furniture for us. Great work and perfect clean up as usual. It’s wonderful to have someone you can depend on. Thanks Rafael!

We engaged Roman's Painting to paint the interior of our new build home. They were able to walk through the rooms right away, give us a very workable bid, and finish the project before the expected date. This was a very smooth process and the house looks great!
