This is the second time I have used Empire Painting Services on my home. Rob himself, did my interior 2 years ago. He did such a beautiful job that I asked him and his crew to do the exterior. His staff is polite, courteous and expertise. After 4 days the job was complete and the transformation was incredible. I will always reference Rob to anyone I hear needs a good painter. We recently used Empire Painting Services for the exterior painting of our house and were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and quality of work from start to finish. The entire process was seamless and incredibly stress-free. The initial consultation with Rob (the owner) was excellent. He provided clear quotes, offered great insights, and worked with us diligently to schedule the project around our exact needs and time frame. Once the project began, it truly "just happened." Our project manager, Adam, and his team were prompt, professional, and highly organized. They handled all of the proper preparation, including detailed caulking, scraping, and sanding of all surface areas, ensuring a perfect finish. Our only job was to pick the colors—they took care of absolutely everything else. We are incredibly happy with the final look and feel of our house! The attention to detail is evident, and the results are stunning. We are already budgeting to have Empire Painting Services return soon for our interior painting needs. Rob Wengert’s crew at Empire Painting Services did an amazing job transforming our house from bland baby blue to a gorgeous sage with navy and white trim. They were skilled, professional and wonderful to work with, and had it done within nine days. Rob is the most responsive and helpful contractor we’ve ever dealt with, and truly impressed us with his expertise, flexibility and helpful suggestions. We’re thrilled with the transformation. Rob was great to work with from start to finish. He was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process and gave a very detailed quote showing exactly what would be painted and what was excluded with photos. We are very happy with the results of the project and our house has never looked better. They also took care of some minor carpentry repairs which were also very well done. He inspected the house multiple times throughout the project and gave us an opportunity to share any concerns and any minor issues were immediately remedied.
