CertaPro has painted my house inside and out. Everyone from office, the estimate team, their most wonderful color specialists and the crews were so nice to work with - respectful, polite and fun. Both crews did a phenomenal job - they asked questions, made sure things were well covered, kept everything neat and clean and made sure I was 100% satisfied with their work. They were so good one of my neighbors hired my outside crew to do their home as soon as they finished mine, and another neighbor is likely going to hire my inside crew as well! We contracted CertaPro to paint our deck. The qoute was fair. But the communications with us have been very poor. They finally got hold of me this morning after telling them I was going to cancel. They apologized for the confusion as they had a lot of people on the schedule. Normally they call the day before. I'm bumping up to 5 stars as the results were Great.The reason for 5 stars is because of the crew, the paint and pressure washing. All three were polite, professional and hard working.I'll use them again but will remember to follow up more closely and insist on working with one person for bid, scheduling and managing the job
We had our whole exterior repainted last summer by CertaPro. It was a great experience.They were able to start a few days earlier than expected...Prewashed the whole exterior. Came 2 days later and had the whole house, including the trim painted with 2 coats of paint.All was clean afterward and only had them back for a couple of touchups.I definitely will and do recommend them.
