Smiley and his team did an amazing job on my bathroom renovation. He listened carefully to my preferences, paid attention to the details, and even helped me choose the flooring. My bathroom was transformed exactly the way I had envisioned. He also replaced the damaged wooden deck boards in the backyard and stained them. The deck now looks as good as new. Moreover, he painted my house a year ago as well. He is the best painter I have ever found.

TLC Painting & Renovations and SMILEY are amazing! Even to this day, if we need him to take a look at something that comes up, Smiley is responsive and available to take care of whatever is needed. During the entire process Smiley was top notch working on our townhouse. From the detailed proposal, responsiveness to questions, project completed on time and on budget! It was a breath of fresh air and a complete pleasure to work with this company and team in Tallahassee. Even our neighbors would complement Smiley and his team to us. We will continue to use them for any future jobs we have in Tallahassee. We wish they were closer to us in S. FL because it's not common to find the work quality and professionalism TLC and Smiley have down here.
