We had several rooms painted, and we kept adding things to be done! They are the utmost professionals, and whomever does "that" job well, they send to your house! They also aren't just painters, but do drywalling, and a plethora of other things! But most importantly, they ARE SO KIND, understanding, and friendly professionals!! Esp if you change your mind, etc we had our cupboards redone in white (AMAZING!) So, along with frequent visits from the managers who quote the jobs, so they are 100% present the first day to explain all the professional will be doing, while you go over it with them, from start to finish, awesome experience!!. And....the manager is always on site the first time, to go over EVERYTHING, with the customer and painter, so it's NOT LIKE "OPERATOR" where things often get get lost in translation! We've had the ultimate best experience, and if something isn't done to my, but more importantly, their stadards, they fix it!!! Awesome managers, Rob, Tyler, and we've had Kelly, Jenn, Nick, Terry, and 2 more on doing different jobs, in our home! We are almost done! Best ULTIMATE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION! These folks installed a new tub and shower in my apartment and I got nothing but good things to say! Rob, the regional operations manager stayed in touch with me so I knew what was going on the entire time. Kristen and Aaron knew what they were doing and had great attitudes! They even went above and beyond to make sure I was able to shower for work throughout the entire process, which really meant a lot to me! I’m Beyond happy and wish everything went as smooth as this did !! Excellent work you guys; I definitely recommend!!!!

80% of my ceiling completely collapsed and Kern Painting sent 1 woman named Jasmine a.k.a the baddest chick in the game, and she single handedly replaced the entire ceiling to perfection both thoroughly and timely. She and the management are all completely professional and hold high standards in both customer service and quality. Very impressed.
