I decided to go them based off his knowledge and taking the time to explain the different materials that they would use. We found James through our neighbor who has used him on several occasions. My neighbor is very meticulous so we knew James quality would be high. He responded quickly and came out to give us a quote. We accepted and were put into his schedule.
We had just completed a full remodel of our kitchen and laundry room. We needed to caulk/paint trim and seams to make it look perfect.
James arrived on time and was very efficient in his process. We even added him painting our hallway and he completed it all in the original time scheduled. Everything is perfectly done.

My wife and I could not be happier with James and Top Notch Painting. From start to finish his communication was excellent, he arrived on time each day, worked hard, and was a pleasure to be around. He meticulously prepped our house, offered paint suggestions, and expertly applied the exterior coats. He easily adjusted when we made a couple of late changes. He also replaced a potting shed door and frame. We obtained 3 bids for the project and his prices are quite fair. We would absolutely hire him again.
