I called Five Star Painting to give me a price to paint my house. I met with Nolan who setup an appointment to come give me an estimate. He promptly showed up on time, measured everything and explained the pricing and process. The crew showed up to work and had my house painted in no time at all. Great job Five Star Painting!!
They were able to come in and paint the whole inside (ceilings included) within 4.5 days. Everything looks great and they were knowledgeable with what paint colors I wanted and were able to color match them well. They protected everything and even provided touch ups if necessary at the end. Very professional and highly recommended.
They got the work done quickly and they did a good job. They were very responsive to all of my questions and components throughout the whole process. I would walk through every evening after they finished their work and text them any comments I had. They would always respond within a few minutes and Irma was always happy to walk through the house the following morning to go over my concerns (all minor and more questions of timing than of quality).
I highly recommend Five Star Painting in Waco, Texas. They did an excellent job from the very beginning to the very end of the project. I had a complete exterior painting job completed on my home including railing and shutters. Nolan worked with me at the beginning of the project to ensure we were on the same page before the project began. Since, I was out of town, he worked with me via long distance. However, nothing “fell through the cracks”. He worked with his team and me to schedule a time that was convenient for both of us. When it was time for the project to begin, a project manager (Irma) was assigned and contacted me. She completed a walk through with me before the work began, stayed in touch with me during the project and completed a walk through with me at the end of the project. Nolan, Irma and the work crew were all very nice and professional. The Five Star team also inspected any areas that might need repair and provided a fair price. At the end of the project, I was very particular about a couple of spots, of which they happily touched up for me. There were no surprises regarding the cost of the job. They cleaned up the site each day and when the job was completed. Excellent job and I’m a very pleased customer. I would definitely use them again.
