Our home was in desperate need of exterior painting, and so after gathering bids we decided to go with Woodiwiss. Lauren was our initial contact person, and she was a delight to work with. She arranged for a color consult which made our decision for exterior painting colors so much easier. Ramon was our project manager, and he was communicative and responsive. Every single person we interacted with (like Gerardo and so many others) was professional, courteous, and would communicate ideas about our project that hadn't occurred to us. We even got to meet with the owner, Toby, and he expressed some ideas about some further improvements we were considering, and kind of got us excited about our home again. Sometimes when you live somewhere, it's easy to find the weaknesses and to forget the joy of why you decided to call it home. Woodiwiss gave us our home back, and the pleasure of being in it. I should add that I'm really choosy and I'm married to a man with eagle eyes, and we would 100% choose Woodiwiss again. If anyone I know is in need of exterior or interior painting, I would recommend them without hesitation.

The prompt service and attention of their representative Joe Fahey and their project manager Brandon on a recent project was complemented by the expert craftsmanship of Walter whom accomplished his work in a friendly and professional manner. Woodiwiss Painting did a beautiful job painting our house and replacing redwood siding after we had a bad experience with another painter who did poor work and had no customer service. From beginning to end everyone at Woodiwiss was professional and easy to work with. Lauren helped with more than just getting the job started. She really cares about the company she works for and the customers they serve. What a gem! Everyone took really good care of us. Even after the project was finished and paid for a package was delivered and set against the siding that was still wet. Brandon made sure it was touched up and even fixed the downspout strap the other company left hanging off. You can trust them to do what they say and do it right. We will be using them when we paint the inside of the house too. Do yourself a favor and hire them first. We wish we had.
Thank you Woodiwiss for taking on the mess the other company left and making it right. We can now look at our house and be happy.

From the Woodiwiss owner, to the Project Manager, to the paint estimator, color designer, the meticulous painters and specialty workers, each did exceptional work. We had an excellent experience with Woodiwiss from start to finish. Joe, our estimator kicked off a great relationship with thorough estimates, great communication, and patience with all questions and clarifications.

Our painting team, headed by Manny, was outstanding. While officially he was the lead painter on the crew, he unofficially served as onsite PM, keeping me informed of daily progress and overall status. He and his painters were onsite when they said they would be, careful of the property, left everything tidy and secure at the end of each day, and addressed every detail, no matter how small to my satisfaction. The finished work is everything I hoped it would be and I could not be happier.

In our first meeting Joe asked me what would make this job a slam dunk. I told him that I wanted the process to be easy for me, and for the results to look genuinely professional vs a DIY or handyman job. They absolutely nailed my requirements. Woodiwiss was 10/10 for us.

(Regarding the photos, don’t judge the wood pillars. They are intentionally unpainted and will be re-stained in a different project.)
