We had a great experience working with this team. There was a small error during the project, and they fixed it immediately without any hesitation. They did an excellent job custom-matching our color and applying the whiteboard paint, and the final result looks fantastic. They truly went above and beyond — highly recommend.
After CertaPro painted my bathroom ceiling 3 times, we experienced surfactant leaching. Long story short, we had to undergo a bathroom remodel and asked our contractor about this. Since we still had the leftover paint, the contractor confirmed that exterior latex paint was used. To address the recurrent surfactant leaching, our contractor had to redo the drywall. When CertaPro was contacted about this, they did not offer a resolution after having to contact them multiple times. It took over 2 weeks to even receive a response. Additionally, you are able to see where primer bleeds through on the bedroom ceiling after exposed to moisture from us showering in the master bathroom. For an $8,500 job, this is unacceptable. It saddens me that CertaPro was not able to work with me and offer a small refund for these issues. I simply was asking for a partial refund in the approximate amount of $500 since I had to seek repair elsewhere.
I had the exterior of my house power washed and painted. Karina (the job site supervisor) and her crew came and did a great job. It was a great experience! They were very professional, answered all of my questions, and got the job done quickly. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend their services.
