Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations at all.From the beginning, it was obvious the workers were under extreme pressure to rush. They attempted to complete a $9,000 project in just three days, which immediately raised serious concerns about workmanship and attention to detail.When I questioned the urgency, the workers themselves explained that they receive only a small percentage of the total job and are responsible for purchasing materials. They also shared that refusing jobs under these conditions can result in not being given work for extended periods of time.This environment clearly prioritizes speed over quality. The lack of adequate time, fair structure, and proper oversight was evident throughout the project, and the final result reflected that. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
Image Painting did a great job painting and touching up the common spaces in our condo building. Dings, cracks, and scratches are gone! Andrew was great to work with, helping determine what needed to be done. Julio and his team did a fantastic job executing the work and making sure we were happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.
We have used Image Painting for the last ten years. Andrew and his team are wonderful. They have done both interior and exterior work for us. Recently, we had the exterior of our house and the door painted, and had a bay window repaired. The job was done exactly according to our request and within a reasonable time. The workers found ants in the external bay window and were able to refer us to an exterminator. They then returned to finish the work after the extermination was complete. I appreciate the attention to detail and consideration for our home. Everything looks great. The workers were kind and personable as well. We will be using them again. Thank you!
True professionals. We needed drywall repair and wallpaper removal and paint. They did all three in one day. I chose a very dark color and its honestly the best painting job I have ever seen or paid for!I kept getting close to look at the perfect trim and jokingly asking my husband if there was a new machine we don't know about to make it that perfect? Is it an app? AI? No, its the ladies with Image painting, they are THAT good! I'm still not over it. Thank you!
