Very pleased! We needed someone to paint the interior of our attached garage, which hadn't been touched in 40 years! Everyone from Painting By Christopher was great to work with! Christoper came out to price the work, Katie was very easy to work with and very prompt returning emails and calls and Jaime and his paint crew were outstanding! They were very efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant! They made old walls and doors look like new! Plus they even cleaned up after the job was completed! There was one flaw that we found after the job, but it was not actually due to their work....it was due to some very old walls! Jaime was back with an assistant the morning after we called to report it, and promptly fixed the issue....no questions asked. (Obviously, they stand behind their work...even when the issue was really not caused BY their work!) Our garage looks terrific! Thank you for a great job!
Had the trim & siding painted on the exterior of my house. Everything went smooth from the initial walk around for estimate & set up for work to begin. The painting crew, led by Gio were friendly & helpful with questions.They worked efficiently & did a perfect job!
Painting by Christopher was a great company to work with! He came out for an estimate and gave us a fair price and suggestions on other projects we were working on. They were able to fit us in within the next week or so. Their team came to get our doors and trim and sent pictures along the way to ensure our stain was the desired color. We would definitely use their company again for future painting and staining projects!
The workmen did a fantastic job!They did repair work to my kitchen ceiling and then painted it. They showed up when scheduled and completed the work in record time. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my sister.
1st project amount $14,0002nd project amount $310,000 ( multiple apartment buildings)Huge communication breakdown at this company. Owner only calls you back after you leave multiple messages. When he does call you back his number comes up as " restricted ". When I asked his rude assistant if I could call Christopher directly she informed me that this wasn't the way they do business around there. I told her I had a time sensitive issue and I needed to talk directly to Christopher she told me to " have at it" you can't call him. Not only does the owner of this company not return phone calls.. . but messages are lost. When I spoke to his assistant she told me that I didn't ever leave a message. I was also informed that I must have spoken to someone else. No....once again a message was lost again. On top of all this you will be hounded weekly to send your deposit into them. When you call to discuss the required deposit they all perk up and stand at attention.If an owner i.e. Christopher doesn't treat my small projects as important it worries me the kind of work he will do. After multiple attempts to contact Christopher I received 3 call backs in a row. By then when I told Christopher about his assistant and that all I wanted to do was give him more business to quote on he basically treated me like I was calling about an insignificant amount of business.Christopher is rude and it's not surprising his staff is as well. I'm glad he has more business then he can handle. Evidently my " small jobs" were insignificant to him. I see he has posted a rebuttal to my review. Just remember Christopher....defensiveness is based on insecurity and fear. Your peers view you the same way you treated me. We can't all be wrong. You've made a name for yourself. It's for the same reasons I listed above. It doesn't surprise me you wrote the kind of response you did to my review.Potential future customers.....there are plenty of other polite painting companies out there. Don't put yourself through the headache I did. Go with someone else.
