I had an excellent experience with Jon and Norm. They were timely, highly detailed, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work was outstanding. They left no mess behind, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the job was fantastic, and I would absolutely hire them again without hesitation.

Jon and Norm were AWESOME!! I received a referral to Jon of ProMark Painting from my insurance agent. My agent knew I’m very particular and love a lot of detail about what to expect. I contacted Jon via his voicemail and he returned my call promptly. We set an appointment to review the details of my interior painting job. I loved and appreciated how detailed Jon was in understanding my expectations. He asked questions to assure he fully understood what my expectations were and the quote I received after our initial consultation was very detailed. Best of all Jon kept his word with follow ups and throughout the process showed he cared about the quality of the job as much as I did if not more! Each day Jon & Norm arrived prior to the start time so when 9am arrived they were walking through my front door, throughout the day they treated my home like it was their home keeping everything neat, organized, cleaning up as the progressed through the rooms. At the end of each day they cleaned up their tools of the trade so my home was neat. Each room painted was meticulously prepped so my baseboards were taped off, my new light fixtures were covered and the carpet was covered. All of this prepping each day avoided paint being splattered on the wood, my fixtures, the carpeting or hardwood floors. Updated Review on 10/10/23: I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Jon and his crew painted our vinyl siding a year ago and did a fantastic job. He let us know up front at that time, that vinyl can expand and contract, and you may see seams when the weather gets cold but if that happens, he would touch them up for us as part of his original quote. We recently needed some of our vinyl seams touched up and Jon did an amazing job helping my husband and I out on short notice. He truly cares about his work and also keeping his word. Can't recommend them enough.

Jon was responsive from the beginning, and did a great job explaining the process and what to expect. We received numerous quotes from other companies in the area.
