Paint contractor here.This place is a joke their employee the blonde older woman has no clue about paint it’s almost comical.My client bought 12 -5 gallon containers 3 years ago to paint a building. They are currently tinted grey. They needed some black added to them to darken the color.She talked to me like it was my first time ever painting telling me it can’t be tinted when it’s literally tinted now.Then tries telling me that paint colors are brand specific.The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. No paint brand is color specific like is this lady for real ?Black is black. The can won’t spontaneously combust because you used a different code than peri.Just tell me you’re too lazy to actually do your job without telling me.I’ll go to Dulux. The only real paint store in Welland.I highly suggest any contractors avoid this place. They don’t stand behind their product and unwilling to help.This customer spent $2500 in paint here and bought it in bulk and was told it could be coloured at a later date.So they either don’t know what they’re talking about now or didn’t then. Either way. They should not be in the paint business or find employees who know what they are doing. .The customer purchased 12 , not 6 as noted above.No other staff was present , we were outside alone so nice try.And Jen is not me, it’s my clients wife.And you literally said it cannot be tinted from white at all , when it’s already grey. You do not know paint at all. I stand by everything I said.Ps I had it tinted by another paint store perfectly.

We recently had all our windows replaced and had The Paint Can do new California shutters and blinds for all of them. They were very helpful in choosing what would fit best on the windows. Tim came and measured each window and installed all the blinds. We are extremely happy with the suggestions he gave us throughout the process! The shutters and blinds are easy to operate and clean. We just finished using The Paint Can for the 2nd time for window coverings. We used them in our last house and came back again for our newest house. Tim and Barb are excellent with their customer service, and were very helpful going over selections with us. Tim is extremely fair with pricing and easy to work with. Would recommend them to anyone looking for paint needs or window coverings.
