Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise professional, tidy crews and work completed within the scheduled timeframe; a customer with a large garage project also appreciated a quick, fair quote. One customer reported skipped front-of-house powerwashing, inadequate surface preparation, difficulty arranging completion of planned simple carpentry, and garbage left in the yard and on the roof.

Chandra Dusseault
We used CertaPro for a very large scale project. We were painting the ceiling and walls of a very tall garage facility. The quote was fair and provided very quickly. The team arrived as schedule and completed the task to a very high standard and on schedule. Would highly recommend and will use for all projects going forward!
Linda Martin
A great experience. They are professional in all aspects. They scheduled me promptly and did all the work within the scheduled timeframe. The painters were friendly and professional. The projects came out beautifully, and the price was very reasonable. They were so neat and mindful of the property. I will definitely be choosing them for all of my painting projects going forward.
Jim Sollmi
Very professional! Job was done in a timely efficient manner. The paint was perfectly matched. Marc and Pablo were very helpful in explaining the procedure they would use to repair and repaint water-stained sheet rock. Better then new. I am very happy with the result and would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does CertaPro Painters of West Hartford prepare interior and exterior areas before painting?
Interior furniture and décor are placed in the room's center and covered with plastic, floors are protected with drop cloths, and cracks and holes are filled, stains sealed, and surfaces scuff-sanded. Exterior areas are power- or hand-washed; loose paint is scraped, glossy areas scuff-sanded, and previously caulked gaps re-caulked.
What happens after a CertaPro Painters project is finished?
The crew cleans the work area; after its own inspection, it invites the customer to a detailed walk-through.
