We are property managers and do construction in Vero but needed a painter to help with a clients house further south. Julio with Masterpiece Painting was a quick response time via phone call, a quick set up to get us a quote, and worked with us beautifully to schedule the work and then adjust scheduling as needed due to random delays on other items in the job that would hold up painting. He was gracious, professional, and on top of that he and his team did fantastic work on the walls, ceiling, garage epoxy floors, and everything else we threw at them :-). Our experience was excellent - from Julio‘s visit to do the estimate and discuss colors, the contract & payment process with the office, through the completion of the work by Luis and his team - all of it was smooth & professional, thorough, and everyone at the company was extremely helpful through all aspects of the process.

Julio walked around the entire outside of our house with me, noting all my specific instructions about what areas to paint and what colors and what things not to paint. We just got a brand new roof, and the painters were very cautious about getting on the roof to reach the peaks that needed to be painted without damaging the new roof tiles.

I had over a dozen different shades of white that we had painted samples of on the house to try to pick out the right shade. Julio was able to suggest three white paint colors so my fiancé went to the paint store that day, bought them and painted three small swatches on the house. I was able to pick one out immediately, which happened to be the one Julio said they use the most on houses that wanted to be a white and black combination.

The office and Julio answered all of our questions and made adjustments to the bid and contract so that it was accurate per our request for the work that needed to be done.

Luis and his crew showed up on time, he walked with me around the house the first day with his crew so I could again point out all the specific instructions of where to paint and remind them again about our new roof and garage door. They were very respectful and professional during the entire four days they were here. They worked through rain delays and still finished on time & at the end when the work was completed they walked around the entire house again to make sure we were happy with the final work.

Our house looks great, it looks like a brand new house with the new paint and trim around the house! We could not be happier! We will definitely use them again. Our house is a full renovation and we will need them back to do the inside, as well as some touchup work on the outside when it’s complete.

I highly recommend them. Everyone that we worked with in the company was very professional and friendly, very timely to respond and helpful with all of our questions and requests. Again - we are very happy with the work!

Julio and his team did an amazing job painting the interior of our 1920’s Spanish style home in West Palm Beach. We had a schedule change that Julio kindly worked around and he was always readily available for questions/changes. For the job itself, his team was professional, fast and thorough, and they left the house clean. We’re looking forward to working with Masterpiece again when it’s time to do the exterior.
