Kurt and his team were truly a pleasure to work with. Kurt was very upfront and honest with his timeline and pricing. Job was very extensive a lot of custom work such as built ins, accident walls, and coffered ceiling, I told him I wanted a furniture finish and he delivered. The prep work and spray work were on point. When I was looking for quotes I was very sceptical of who I wanted to do the job and when I came across Upaint and met Kurt he came across very genuine and confident that he could get it done so I left it in his hands and couldn’t be happier. Our kitchen cabinets were in good condition but 14 years old and needed a facelift. We shopped around and Met Kurt from Unparalleled Paint and were impressed with his business. We decided to proceed with Unparalleled and were not disappointed. They were fantastic to deal with, communication was fantastic they kept us up to date at every step. The process went over schedule by one day because they were being meticulous with the in home portion of the spraying job. The painters were courteous and very professional. From my conversations with them it was clear that they new their business. The completed job was amazing, it transformed our dark wood tired kitchen into a new clean modern look for a fraction of the cost of a full renovation.
Based on our experience with Unparalleled Paint I would definitely recommend their service. Not only fantastic to deal with but the final product surpassed our expectations.

My husband & I hired Unparalleled Paint for painting services for our home & could not have been more dissatisfied with the poor quality of work, excessive delays, lack of customer service, professionalism & ethics. Based on our experience, we would very strongly recommend against working with this company.

I would suggest reading reviews such as that of "Jeannine from Brampton" on Homestars. Her experience is eerily similar in tone to ours as she flags, "They lack effective customer service, are unprofessional and untrustworthy... Effective customer service would be to admit your faults and not go on the offensive by trying to blame the customer when you are the one who is wrong. As for the untrustworthiness that you have displayed in an attempt to appear that you run a professional business. Kurt and his team absolutely blew me away. From start to finish, they were courteous and conscientious, and the work is top notch. I needed someone to paint my condo in preparation for sale on very short notice. Within a week, Kurt came out to do a thorough quote (on a long weekend, I might add) and he had his team there within the week to start the work. It did end up taking a day longer than anticipated but that was only because the scope of the work changed a bit as we went (like I ended up needing extra ceilings done, and we discovered big holes that needed to be patched once I took the stuff off the walls). The biggest winner was my kitchen cabinets. Kurt convinced me that it would make a huge difference and boy was he right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for all of your painting needs.
