Top Line Painting LLC

We have our house painted by TOP LINE Paint and Construction. They have a very good crews, everyone did a wonderful job, I am so surprised that they took care about the very small details (beyond my expectations). Francisco (owner) stopped by several times made sure everything is on schedule and finish on time. During the process when my neighbors walked by they all admired their work quality. After it was done my house became the most beautiful and outstanding one in our area. The neighbors that lived next to us (left and right) already asked me to get the contact information for TOP LINE. I will surely and highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Francisco was so easy to work with, and his team was consistent and focused on quality and details. They gutted and remodeled the whole kitchen; it’s beautiful. I am letting my friends who have remodeling projects know that they need to utilize Top Line’s services.

Francisco is a rockstar!!! In my search for a interior painting job, I was referred to Topline by Ari's Cleaning. The absolute best choice!! Francisco and team made fast work of getting our entire home interior painting completed in just a couple days, and we were able to have them do installation of LVP flooring as well. Both of these jobs were done quickly, with precision and professionalism. I appreciated the communication I had with Francisco throughout the projects, his honesty and integrity to provide exceptional service is something to be admired. Topline is more than painting, Francisco and team really can do it all!! Next up, replacing a couple doors...thank you for your dedicated workmanship!! I look forward to booking your crew for Exterior painting next!!!!

Francisco and his team were great to work with and gave us the results we wanted. His team worked quickly (even with challenging weather) and was also very willing to work with us to get us the result we wanted. We love how it turned out! Would highly recommend! pics: before (brown color), after (black & white)

Francisco and his team at Top Line Painting were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. They painted the entire exterior of our home, patched a leaky roof, and installed a power outlet in the garage, all with the highest level of skill and professionalism. From day one, they were communicative, polite, and incredibly easy to work with. They helped us with color consulting, offering thoughtful suggestions that made a huge difference in the final look. Their attention to detail and cleanliness was outstanding, and they were always prompt and knowledgeable in every aspect of the job. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Top Line Painting to anyone looking for a competent, trustworthy, and talented team.
