I contacted a company requesting service today. One had not reached out. I called Bug Blasters to see if someone was available today, which was challenging as I know everyone is busy. Brandi, in the office, was very helpful and was able to reach Brandon. He called and was here within 30 minutes. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and informative. I am so very grateful for the quick service, easing our mind and that of our mother.

Above and beyond customer service in every way!! I had to cancel due to weather issues, but Bug Blasters were willing to come out and spray the inside, then come back and spray the outside when the weather improved! NO extra charge! The lady who answers the phone is polite, knowledgeable and definitely wants to ensure you get the correct service. Eric came out to spray! He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable! He listened to my concerns about specific items I didn't want sprayed! He totally understood and was very cautious around those areas. From the lady who schedules the appoint, to when the exterminator finishes, was a wonderful, worry free experience! Their prices are the best! I will be a repeat customer!!
