Bug Blasters Pest Control

I contacted a company requesting service today. One had not reached out. I called Bug Blasters to see if someone was available today, which was challenging as I know everyone is busy. Brandi, in the office, was very helpful and was able to reach Brandon. He called and was here within 30 minutes. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and informative. I am so very grateful for the quick service, easing our mind and that of our mother.

He was absolutely knowledgeable & gave us the ease we were looking for! I feel like he went above and beyond for his job! He had our critter problem taken care of just like he promised he would!

Taylor came to my home to spray and he was awesome! Very informative and answered all my questions. This was the first time having our home treated so there was a lot of questions ??. Above and beyond customer service in every way!! I had to cancel due to weather issues, but Bug Blasters were willing to come out and spray the inside, then come back and spray the outside when the weather improved! NO extra charge! The lady who answers the phone is polite, knowledgeable and definitely wants to ensure you get the correct service. Eric came out to spray! He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable! He listened to my concerns about specific items I didn't want sprayed! He totally understood and was very cautious around those areas. From the lady who schedules the appoint, to when the exterminator finishes, was a wonderful, worry free experience! Their prices are the best! I will be a repeat customer!!

His communication through phone, text and email when he can "squeeze you in" if he's in the area due to cancellations exemplifies that he is a natural scheduler and pest professional All in one package. The added touch: He commends you for taking action before it could be worse concerning rats by educating you about the difference between rodents and insects. His surveillance concerning where to place rodent stations outdoors is like watching NCIS in realtime. A craftsman like no other with efficiency and effectiveness.
