We live in a rural area, encounters with the furry kind are a ‘when not if’ situation. I’m not a fan of the furry free loaders and as such appreciated the quick and efficient service. Victor was extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify the source of the problem. Cannot recommend Martin’s enough, 5 star service all the way.
I used a different company to get rid of rodents before and to no avail. I contacted Martin's pest control. Everything was explained in details (why, what/how to...) and any single questions that crossed my mind. Adam was our technician and he is the sweetest! Very efficient, knowledgeable, discreet, ... I am a happy customer and wil continue using the services with a monthly external monitoring (we have gotten rid of rodents in the house). Very satisfied!!
I have used Martin's Pest Control over the last two years for ants and spider control and they are absolutely amazing. Totally cleared up the problem and regularly maintain without me having to be involved!The thing I wanted to share is that I had recently reached out to them to ask for a suggestion on what to do with a hornets nest that was recently discovered at our cabin out of town. I was very worried about my small kids getting stung they not only told me what to do (on the weekend) but also brought me the product and didn't even charge me. They care about their customers and that means the world! USE THEM!
Kudos to Bill and staff at Martins Pest controlWe called with a major cluster fly problem and in two days they came ran through possible issues we need to address and a treatment plan. We returned later that day and cleaned up the remnants of flies and proud to say we have not seen one fly yet! Major improvement over 10000’s no kidding!Bill and his staff were great took the time to explain along with sending pictures of findings! Customer service was great love the added humour not so serious, made trusting and a bad stressful situation run smoothly!I would defiantly recommend them to everyone I share my experience with!Thanks again a very satisfied customerP.S. thanks again for helping me catch our house cat and apologize for the scratch/bite she gave you.
