My experience with Jack, the owner, was highly unprofessional. I found his tone to be condescending and his approach to be entirely focused on a 'money grab' rather than addressing my pest issues. He refused to help with a one-time infestation unless I signed up for a monthly contract. Then, he quoted an exorbitant price as a clear tactic to force me into a subscription. It is disappointing to see a business owner treat a paying customer with such dismissal and greed. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.Response to Owner: Your response perfectly illustrates the unprofessionalism and 'money grab' mentality I described in my review. You frame your constant follow-ups as 'concern,' but to a customer, that is simply high-pressure sales tactics. It is telling that you refused to perform a treatment unless I signed up for monthly follow ups. A customer-focused business caters to the client's needs; a money-focused business issues ultimatums. By resorting to personal attacks and assumptions about my property management, you are simply trying to deflect from the fact that you turned down a paying job because it wasn't the lucrative revenue you wanted.
Owner Jack doesn’t return calls. At lleast not mine. Called at least twice on Tuesday and awaited call after friendly office person reached out to Mr. Johnson. Ask her, Jack. I'm sure she will remember. The way to respond is not to defame the review but admit that you dropped the ball this time and what can you do to try to earn the business next time.
The service has been great. The whole team has been helpful and done a great job. We used them 9 years ago and the work was perfect. When we got mice again they were our first call and we are once again very happy with the work.
Family Pest Solutions has been wonderful to work with! The office team is always kind, professional, and easy to coordinate with. Misael has personally come out to our home and goes above and beyond to make sure we stay critter-free. His thoroughness and care give us real peace of mind. Highly recommend!
