Desmond was great and did an inspection while having to deal with extreme snow weather conditions. He was upfront that with the current weather conditions didn’t leave him feeling like he was able to complete a full review and inspection and he wanted to come back and complete it thoroughly in order to help diagnose our current issues. I appreciated the honesty and willingness to go above and beyond. I would recommend this company.

Brian is a technician for North East Pest control. He has come to service my house various times and he is awesome at his job! He’s always very professional, friendly and courteous. He is an exemplary of the kind of quality work North East Pest Control does. He is one of the reasons (besides how effective they are) that I keep using the business. He is a true asset to the company.

Kenny did a great job with our pest control service. He was on time, thorough, and took the time to explain what he was doing and what we should expect next. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about doing the job right. We feel a lot better knowing our building is being handled properly. Highly recommend Kenny and his team.
