This was our initial service with Thomas Pest Services. The sales person came and inspected our house on Monday afternoon and we had a technician here already the following day. We will have quarterly visits going forward. Both the sales person and the technician were knowledgeable and friendly. And, I felt the tech did a very thorough job.
