Becca took our call and immediately got us moving in the process. She was very friendly and professional. Tim, Victor, Jeff, and Bob were all great guys that were super knowledgeable/skilled at their jobs. Tim did the house assessment, Victor and Jeff did the repairs/plugs on the house where the bats/other critters were making their way in, and Bob came and provided pest prevention.Very happy with the service they provided and the reasonable pricing for all that they accomplished in essentially 2 days. USX provided us with a plan for their “exclusion system “ to permanently rid us of rodents. They were very professional, knowledgeable & followed through in a timely manner to take care of our problem. We have them return yearly to inspect the system & provide any updating necessary. Professional, courteous easy to work with and have working at your home.
We realized that we had a bee problem three days ago after a friend’s child got stung! We went through three cans of Raid Bee and Wasp spray trying to deal with them ourselves but they just kept multiplying. We then decided to call in the professionals at USX Pest Control! They were great! They were able to fit us in this morning! They sent one of their technicians who was very knowledgeable and professional! He explained what he was doing to treat the bees throughout the process. I would highly recommend USX Pest Control for any exterminating needs.
