He came by my house earlier this week mid afternoon and gave me a prompt but thorough analysis of my situation and left me in a better place mentally on how to deal with the situation moving forward. He is always so pleasant and professional. He provides a thorough explanation of what services were performed, what he found, and what we can do to mitigate risk of termite infestation. He is also super good with my dogs, who love him!!!
It was an excellent experience. The technician (Alan Commeree) who did the inspection was thorough in his task. In addition, Cindy was particularly helpful in scheduling the inspection, and ensuring that it was seamless and timely. She also followed up to ensure I was a completely satisfied customer. I highly recommend this company, which I have used every year since buying my home in 1981. I have always received excellent, timely service at a reasonable price.
