I made a call this morning to greenix because we found a few mice in the house. I was able to secure an appointment with them for same day service. A nice young man Jihad, came to our house and did an excellent job putting out traps inside and outside. Also did a few other preventative things to keep the mice at bay. He was very professional and extremely thorough. We highly recommend him.

I called Greenix to ask about their services for mice removal. I only wanted a one-time visit where they’d seal up any holes or cracks with mesh or steel wool and maybe set a few traps. Instead, I learned they only offer a multi-visit subscription plan where they place traps inside and outside, monitor activity, and come back regularly as part of a year-round protection package.Even though that wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, I decided to give it a shot and paid $778 for the annual plan. After speaking with the technician that morning, I thought they’d be coming the same day before 4 PM — but no one showed up. When I called, customer service said there was no appointment on record but rescheduled me for the next morning (8 AM–12 PM window).The next day came… and still no technician. I called multiple times over several hours, and each time customer service couldn’t tell me where the tech was or when they’d arrive. After waiting about 8 hours with no updates or visit, I decided to cancel my contract.It took about five calls to get it processed, but they did refund my money in full, which I appreciated.Overall, the staff were polite, but the communication and scheduling were a mess. I can’t speak to how well their pest control actually works since no one ever came out, but based on my experience, I’d give Greenix 3 stars — nice people, but poor follow-through.
Our technician(Michael) was very professional. Was in contact the day of and arrived early which was perfect. explained the entire process in detail and followed up throughout the process. Before he left he made sure I understand any follow-up information, what to expect, things to look for and what to do in case anything happened after… made sure I had his contact info to follow up with any questions or concerns. Very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and use again if the need ever arises
