Today our house was serviced by, Vicente Ortuno. Before he arrived, I called the automated line requesting a call for approximate ETA. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Vicente, letting me know he would be arriving between 10:30a to 10:40a. He was punctual and arrived @ 10:26. He was friendly and professional. He took his time making sure he covered the main areas of entry. Upon completion he gave me a receipt of products used and it also had a detailed list of which insects are targeted!
