Mario was very thorough and willing to answer any questions we had in regards to our annual termite inspection. He has been the same technician to inspect our home over the last three years. We are thankful for that reason too.

With hundreds of options on the market, I'm SO glad I went with PureDefense. From the moment Jason answered the phone, I was pleased. Being able to be seen next day as first appt, I know isn't the norm but they made it happen anyway and less than 12 hours later, 2 rats caught in the traps. ONeal was my technician this morning and he worked so gracefully around my VERY curious 4 year old son, went above and beyond by removing a vacuum from my attic and even poked around my car and helped me identify sources drawing these darn rats to the inside of my car. Literally came to he 2 things and ended up doing 5.. that's the kind of service that keeps me talking about this company. Exceeded my expectations and having the ability to message the boss at night on a weekend, gives me such relief that I'm not just another paying customer but an actual homeowner with an urgent problem. I feel heard, appreciated as a customer, and genuinely cared for. If there was a term greater than highly, I would use that as my recommendation but for now... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!They are based in Alpharetta GA and I am in Hampton, Ga. My preventative services will be quarterly, and my immediate trapping needs should conclude in 3 weeks.. all things considered, pricing was fair and I'm grateful as it's so close to Christmas. I have had a great experience with this company and their team. I only met Mario and David, seen in the picture, and the icing on the cake was on Halloween determined to be termite free and David/Spiderman was able to give us the good news.
