This was our first service with Ace and it was a breath of fresh air compared to past experiences with another company. Jason was the first person i spoke to. He answered all my questions and he was ... Real. Kaitlyn set me up and scheduled my appointment, she was endearing and competent. I say that only because the company i dealt with before, it was like talking to clueless people. Kaitlyn knows what she is doing! You know when you are talking to someone who cares and Jason and Kaitlyn were all heart. Then, last but NOT least, Zach was our tech. He was on time, very informative, knowledgeable and pleasant. He was thourough and he educated me on their process and what to expect. This is a good company that cares about their customers and their employees. That is the key to loyal customers. Zach is thorough, dependable, and provides outstanding customer service.
