They are courteous and fast with service. Price is not outrageous. Even tech support is nice and amazingly understanding. Kelsey was awesome. And actually related to me having 4 kids and 4 dogs. She understands the struggle.
I had a disappointing experience with Enviroguard. During my lunch break, their representative rang the doorbell and knocked, even though we have a Ring doorbell. It was my child’s nap time, and my wife was taking a break. I politely declined multiple times, but the representative was loud and insistent. I felt disrespected when I was even asked to go get my wife. Ultimately, he woke my child, who had a shortened nap, and my lunch was cut short. I understand the product might be good, but no service is worth this level of pushiness.The first question they should ask is, “Is this a good time?” And if they see a Ring, they shouldn’t knock or ring. Families might have kids resting. I was actually going to consider discussing it with my wife later, but after this, I’m absolutely not going to use their service. This interaction completely turned me off. I hope they learn to respect people’s time, space, and boundaries. This is my first time actually typing up a google review. I’m not the type to spend my time doing this but I think it should be a learning experience.
I just so happen to be walking out my front door and a cart that sits on my front porch was knocked over by my door and Ryan walked up to help me pick it up and put things back on it. He was very kind and respectful. He got us signed up for a great price, and also our rental properties too. D j , the technician that came out was very courteous and very thorough. They sprayed yesterday afternoon and i'm already seeing results!
I signed up with Ryan yesterday and today Christian my tech came out to treat the house and yard. Christian sent me a text ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time, and explained what he would be doing today. After he completed his service he came back to let know had completed the job and gave me a brief review of his work. On time and very professional.
EnviroGuard has always provided competitive/affordable prices and acted in a professional manner. They communicate clearly and have been flexible about appointment times, rescheduling and re-treatment if we have any pest issues. We most recently were working over the phone with Josh and he took care of everything!
