I called Orkin because of a fruit fly infestation. They took my information by phone and had a professional out that same afternoon. He was very thorough and explained the situation in detail. He treated the impacted areas as well as other potential problems we hadn’t noticed such as wasp nests under the eaves, etc.

I had a BAD spider and cricket problem and I saw a huge improvement after the very first visit. They came out one week later and did a second spray, and then again the following month for a third spray. Both spiders and crickets were virtually gone by month 2, and with bimonthly treatments, we haven’t seen any crickets or spiders, and only a couple of webs around our entire property. Jesus has completed all of our services and he’s always been very informative as to what to expect, and he’s very pleasant. I was hesitant that professional treatment would be worth the investment, but I wasn’t seeing any improvement with the stuff you buy in stores so I was feeling desperate. I can’t imagine we’ll be cancelling our pest control any time soon because it’s reasonably priced and extremely effective. Thank you Orkin, and thank you Jesus!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Orkin! I had the threat of a nasty infestation coming from the apartment next door to mine, and Jaylen, the home services inspector, came out and took a look at my place. Luckily, there was no sign of the pest in my apartment, but it still really scared me.

I wasn’t able to end up hiring him to help out because my apartment complex signed a contract with somebody else (who is terrible). But even though I didn’t use Orkin’s services, Jaylen was available to take my calls and put my mind at ease about the fear of the infestation next door. I have called and texted him several times since, and he has given me so much good advice.

I truly wish I could have hired him. There are very few people who care about customer service anymore, but Jaylen is one of the good ones. He is solid and trustworthy and goes above and beyond. To say that I would recommend him is an understatement.
