My wife was so pleased with the service we received today that she went out of her way to let me know how much of a positive attitude Alex had, and she’s hard to please so keep up the great work. Apparently, she requested inside service on site and he obliged and did a great job. Have had consistently good experience with PurCore (formerly Gopher Patrol). My technician (Thomas) does a great job. Whenever I do get to see him, he is knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation of my yard. I rarely have any issues with gophers or ground squirrels since I’ve been using them.
I highly recommend PurCor. Joel, our technician, was personable and professional. He did a thorough examination of the area that concerned us. Joel took the time to fully explain gopher tunnels and assured us that the tunnel was collapsed and there wasn’t any current gopher activity. Joel is GREAT!
