He was thorough in his inspection and showed me pictures of every area that was potentially problematic. He also explained all my options and provided recommendations in a very straight-forward and non-pressured kind of way. We had been hearing scratching in our ceiling for a couple weeks. Calledcommunity pest solutions and scheduled an appointment. Ethan and his co-worker came out to the house on a Friday afternoon and immediately located a raccoon in our attic. Then, he went outside and located the entry point very quickly. After that, we were given a proposal/plan. It was all extremely efficient and smooth and Ethan was fantastic. Super friendly, very personable, helpful & explained everything, and he was extremely efficient. His coworker was excellent as well. Both super nice and great to work with. I would absolutely recommend this company and Ethan especially. Great experience thus far.
Community Pest Solutions is the best! Anytime we have had an issue they have been easy to reach and prompt at scheduling an exterminator to come address the problem. They are reasonably priced for the services they provide. Ethan has been great about communicating when he is on his way, thorough in his services, and communicates when he is done. I would highly recommend this company.
