Even though it was pouring rain Darnell was on it to do a great service and he was very polite when speaking with me. He also took the time to roll my garbage cans back to their spot! Great job!
Rodrick came to do our service in below zero weather. Despite the cold, he was pleasant, professional and completed the work, then explained to me what he did and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was very pleased with his work and dedication.
I was very happy with the 2 men who came to my house to repair places where animals could access my house. They were polite, friendly and professional. They explained what they were going to do and explained places where they thought things could be improved by products they didn't have with them. They explained everything additional that needed to be done and told me I would hear from EcoShield when the additional items were available to schedule another visit to complete the work.
I am really impressed with the service EcoShield has provided so far. Desmond was over yesterday and did an incredible job getting into all of yhe nooks and crannies around the house. Because I am on a lake there are a lot of spiders and their service has helped so much.I have very tall, hard ro reach spaces and Deamond figured out how ro get to very inaccessible places. I was very impressed with his eagerness ro help and his professionalism. I highly recommend them.
