Michael Moore from Proof Pest Control was great. I was greeted by a warm and friendly smile. Michael has been my same technician every visit, which I like. He asks how things are going and if I have any concerns. He is knowledgeable and answers all of my questions. He also lets me know what to expect and to reach out anytime should I feel the need for any additional services if I notice any changes. As always, I am very pleased with the service. My service rep (Michael Moore) was very professional and knowledgably with what he was going to do and then explained what he actually completed for us.Other than setting additional mouse traps around different areas throughout the house interior three levels, he then went outside (in the snow and cold wind) to remove any cobwebs that could attract spiders etc.Michael also took a number of photos outside showing potential openings that mice could definitely enter the house.Well done and excellent service by Michael and Proof Pest Control. Sam came out for the 2-week recheck and made a thorough check of the impacted areas and answerred all my questions. He was very professional and efficient during his visit. It was also very good service to have the consistency of the same technician on the follow-up visit since he knew and recalled the initial problems from his original inspection and spraying mitigation efforts from Proof.Pest Control. The Company's technician most definitely provides superior customer service.
Brandon was exceptional. Very professional, polite and pleasant to communicate with. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. Most importantly, he was extremely thorough with treating both inside and outside the house! He spent a good amount of time on it, as opposed to some other technicians I've had that zip in and out in 5 minutes. I feel so much better knowing I will be seeing fewer wolf spiders very soon. It gives me peace of mind.
