I normally don’t write reviews and share them, however I have to make an exception for Dixon Pest Control! I am truly impressed with the service I received from Dixon Pest Control. I mean from scheduling my appointment, down to the day prior to my actual appointment and then the appointment itself! The young lady that took my call and scheduled my appointment asked me and wanted to know what my overall needs were so that she could communicate them to the service technician that would be coming to do the job. I told her what my target areas of my home were and what I needed them the focus on and they delivered! I appreciate the fat that they called to confirm the day prior and provide a time that I could expect the technician to arrive and they were right in time! I have since referred other neighbors and friends to Dixon because the service they provide is TOP TIER PROFESSIONALISM! Awesome teamwork and phenomenal customer care! Thank you All!

They contact us via text and telephone advising us of their next visit a few days ahead of their visit, allowing us to prepare and avoid unexpected visits.
