Signed up today as a new customer for a treatment of an infestation of carpenter ants in a bathrooom remodel. The company scheduled an appointment but put me on a waitlist due to the urgency. I was surprised to hear later that day they could fit me into the schedule and that a technician was already on the way. Darren as well as all the individuals who signed me up and scheduled my appointment so nice and professional. Their whole process of signup, scheduling, treatment and communications was top notch and seamless. I feel like I made a good decision getting on a monthly plan with them and I am in good hands.
Beyond nice and helpful! We even trusted Jeff, our technician, enough that I had to leave him here while I picked up a kid from school.We had some insects come in right before our next treatment and they didn't even make it past the windowsill before the treatment took care of them. Glad to see the pest control is that effective.
