Had another good interaction with today’s technician. He communicated well when he was able to come earlier than scheduled and helped change today’s services since I was running in and out still at the time. Professional as always, highly recommend.
Truly such knowledgeable people. I had a full blown mice and rat infestation that led me to temporarily leaving my home. With their help, I was able to address it immediately. I have now moved back and feel so much more comfortable in my home :). I highly recommend the monthly subscription if you live in the city, better safe than sorry
Did not solve any issues, just put traps in random locations.They are supposed to come back to check after 2 weeks after a visit - each time they did not resolve the issue and I had to ask repeatedly to have someone return.Most of the time when I called the customer service number I was unable to get through to anyone. They also make it extremely difficult to cancel service with no online portal and no ability to reach them over the phone.Avoid.Edit - note it has now been a week and this company took the time to respond here yet has not contacted me.
