I did not authorize Mitchell to charge my credit card for service this year. They charged my credit card $375 and scheduled an appointment without confirming anything with me. I will not be using Mitchell again or referring them to anyone. Putting a hold on someone's credit card is a sure fire way to lose business. Great job!*** Regarding "Auto Pay", per the agreement, that would only be applicable if both parties agree to the renewal fee. Mitchell Pest was the only agreeable party FYI.

Had a great experience with Cliff who came & removed a huge wasp nest from our house. Initially, we had some scheduling issues but I understand as things happen & there is heavy traffic in DMV, plus they provided a discount & the tech came first thing in the morning so all went well. Will definitely use them in the future!
