Upon seeing several determined Carpenter Bees after the original spraying I called APEX and was immediately scheduled and revisited by Jason. He was on time, efficient, and easy to communicate with about the situation. I highly recommend this company and will use them going forward. APEX re-sent out Richard a month after re-application to do one spot that the Carpenter Bees have been relentless to drill. Richard is very professional, personable, proficient & timely. Hopefully I won't need them again until next year but will certainly call then.

Carpenter bees drilling holes on my decks. He removed the bird feeders before he started. That was important. Then he sprayed all the decks and railing. And said he would come back if I saw any more carpenter bees.

We had trouble with mice in the ceiling of the fellowship hall and Tom came out and took care of everything. He was very nice and professional. He explained in detail how everything worked to get rid of the mice. We were glad to get this done. We also signed up for regular pest control and we trust that they will do a great job with that as well. We appreciate everything they've done for us.
