He was on time, efficient, and easy to communicate with about the situation. Carpenter bees drilling holes on my decks. He removed the bird feeders before he started. That was important. Then he sprayed all the decks and railing. And said he would come back if I saw any more carpenter bees.

We had trouble with mice in the ceiling of the fellowship hall and Tom came out and took care of everything. He was very nice and professional. He explained in detail how everything worked to get rid of the mice. We were glad to get this done. We also signed up for regular pest control and we trust that they will do a great job with that as well. We appreciate everything they've done for us.
