Zone Home Solutions

We’ve been using Zone Pest Solution for pest and termite control for more than 15 years now and we are very pleased with the service they provide. Our technician Chris is professional, knowledgeable, competent and very helpful. We highly recommend Zone Pest Solution!

From square one in reaching out by phone, everyone has been inviting, friendly, and professional. Elijah knows his stuff, and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Other companies' tech reps seemed to want to just get in and get out with only the barest of interactions. Zone eradicated my issue, and I will continue with quarterly treatments with them. I highly recommend Zone.

Zone Pest Control is fantastic! Jeff came today for our annual check for termites and Chris comes quarterly to spray. I have to say, the communication is top-notch. They give me a heads up before they come and call the day of to give an ETA and are always efficient. Chris goes above and beyond taking down cobwebs when he sees them and is just so respectful and answers any questions you have. Jeff today took the time to look at another property of ours to quote us for termite protection. Talk about excellent customer service—they are both great, professional, knowledgeable and always ready to help and we’re thankful to have Zone!

Ryan came by for my first appointment today! He did a very thorough job across my basement, first floor and second floor, plus outside. He was very professional and knowledgeable! Looking forward to a good relationship with Zone Pest Services!

Just had a HUGE hornets nest removed by Elijah. He was the BEST! Super nice, informative and brave, because I wasn't getting near them. I have used Zone Pest Solutions for years in Property Management, they are always responsive and great to deal with. Highly recommend!
