I'm not one to usually post my private issues but I got laid off January of last year. I finally have another job offer but waiting for my clearance and that's been a rough process. So I am still waiting to work. I have $29 to my name and everytime arrow calls about past due balances or services I feel like crap that I cant pay it but plan to the minute I am working.
Ive been with Arrow since 2021 and never really been behind until this round of layoffs. Today I get a call from a few of the managers who saw my account and saw I haven't been scheduling services because I knew I couldn't pay for those services and instead of lecturing me about my past due balance, they called to waive the month of february and have someone come out immediately to service my home. They were so understanding and calm and patient and my heart is so full that good companies still exist ?????? I have cried so much since that call because I don't ever want anyone to think I'm using them or avoiding them due to my current situation! ?????? Thank you Arrow and I will forever be a loyal customer until my last breath.
