First time requiring this type of service and randomly reached out to two companies. First company quoted twice what Ben would eventually charge, and told me that I was responsible for finding a third party to lift my composite deck boards. Ben was able to access the animal without lifting any boards. He was also very transparent ahead of time about the potential added cost in the event that lifting some boards was required, but he had a contact if necessary. Friendly, prompt, transparent, fair price, I couldn't recommend more.

I’m beyond happy with the service I received from Benex company! Ben was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough in handling both animal control and insect treatment at my home. What truly touched me was his compassion toward the animals — this wasn’t just business for him. The work was highly effective, the price was very fair, and the care he put into every step was genuine. I wholeheartedly recommend Benex — 100% satisfied!
