Upon arrival Ben always takes time to interview and ask questions re owners pest concerns which are appropriately addressed. Before leaving Ben confirms completing the service as discussed which is further embellished by a written and photographic record. Ben is a dedicated, caring technician who delivers a service of excellence and preciseness. Very rare to nonexistent in today’s slam bang mentality of the general service industry.

Rang the doorbell for service, but my husband was 3 minutes from home dropping our son off at school. They give you a day they’ll stop, not a timeframe. Shortly after the doorbell rang, I received a text stating they’d completed service. They did not. I called to tell them they didn’t complete service but received a completion notification and was told they’d send the guy back. He did not come back. They charged my card anyway. I called to cancel, was sent to voicemail and didn’t get a return call. This is the last straw after we’ve gotten notices they’d be by and they just didn’t show. They also skipped an entire quarter in the past.
