DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They don't know what they're doing. The "Yelp Guarantee" they're a part of is also fake. They came out for three visits in a one month period to treat a simple flea infestation. Never for even a day were the fleas gone. I hired Orkin and the fleas were gone in one visit.... just like the $350 I gave these losers.
There is nothing weird or cluttered about my apartment. I called right away after noticing the fleas. In the past 40 years, my dog has brought home fleas about four times. Exterminators have been able to get rid of the fleas with one visit. I never thought it was that difficult. I really regret dealing with this business. I think they should be more honest about what they can and cannot do.
Their response below is more BS from this lousy company. There was never a single day that they were able to get rid of the fleas... let alone 30 days to meet their "guarantee". Sounds like their goal is to only kill bugs for 30 days, so keep that in mind if you hire them.
Yes, they came back three times and still couldn't get rid of the fleas. But I'm still out the money I paid them. I had to hire a real company to handle the problem.
