My wife and I used this company to do our initial termite inspection when we were buying out home. This inspection was 2.5 years ago. yes, it has been a while, but I was painting our sunroom and when i removed our baseboards i noticed my shiplap was eaten at the base. I called another company to come and check it and they told me I had termites. I have been wanting to remodel that room so i just decided to rip the shiplap off and start the remodel. After removing everything and leaving the room just on the frame, we noticed that the termite damage was worse that expected. the other company told me this was years and years of damage. I understand that not everything can be caught in the inspection, but this damage should have been easy to find for a professional company. I really wish they were a bit more detailed in their inspection. On their inspection report it says no termite activity was found, only fungus/dryrot and other findings. If they would have done their job correctly, I wouldn't be spending thousands of dollars now.
